That seemed way too easy. I can’t wait to try some animating of my own. I am a novice Ai and Ps user, but am stating to get interested in flash. I would like to start integrating simple logo-movies (like a watermark) in the corner of some of my 3d walkthrough and photo reels. Can this type of animation be combined with other media (like .mov or .mpg files) without the use of expensive video editing software?

Hey Scott, the short answer to your question is yes. Flash has become a very powerful package for importing video footage and combining it with content created in Flash.

There are a variety of file formats that you can also export (including Quicktime) out of flash depending on what you are wanting to do.

In terms of bang for your buck, the Flash & After Effects combo can’t be beat.

i appreciate you highlighting the new placement of where things are placed in CS4. It will definately make the transition to the new suite a little less of a mind boggle.

ps, i think i might sample your drawing style from illustrator.
