Bringing Bloated Files Down to Size

You’re working on a 24-page brochure in InDesign. After several rounds of client changes, you notice that the file size of the layout is getting abnormally large. Why? As you continue Saving a document over and over again, the file may become “bloated” with information that is no longer necessary. To alleviate this problem, simply go to File > Save As and replace the file. This quickly trims all of the unnecessary data out of the file, bringing it down to a more normal size.
