A very good tutorial, his demonstration of the shadow, using his finger and hand, to show the different hardness and softness, that you get from different distances of the light source, was excellent.

If I’m using an umbrella, I definitely prefer using a shoot through.

The best lighting teacher!
I speak spanish like friend Lalo Vilchez, but Francois speaks so clear and slow that I can understand almost everything with my little English.

nice that they used examples but I never see the A, B, & C comparisons and really see differences. I thought lights should be in front of subject and aimed at them. (for no shadows)
