Customize Transitions in Premiere Pro
There are always cool ways to alter whichever transitions you are working with in Premiere Pro CS4.

Part of the power of the default transition is that you can invoke it with Control (Command) – D when the current time marker is parked on a cut between two clips. The track must be selected. Using Control (Command) – D together with page down makes it easy to impose the default transition on a lot of cuts very quickly.
