Cyndy Cashman

Cyndy Cashman, Ph.D. established Breakaway Interactive in the fall of 1999. After spending time as a university professor and Director of Instructional Technology at a community college, she decided it was time to “breakaway” from the never-ending committee meetings and return to her passion for design, development, and training. Originally established to provide software training for creative professionals, the company has expanded to include design, development, and consulting services.

Today, Cyndy continues to teach many of the classes at Breakaway Interactive, sharing her wealth of experience as a designer, developer, consultant, and author. In addition to teaching, Cyndy continues to develop custom animation, online training, consulting, and websites for the Air Force, numerous corporations, and small businesses.
