Living In Layers - The OFFICIAL Layers Magazine Blog
Episode 37 Winner | New Tutorial | We Love Pixelfumes
Good Morning everyone! Rather than spending your time on this side of the blog, checking out what we are talking about for the morning, I’d recommend that you go over to the Layers TV website page and check out this week’s post. In this episode we spend some time playing around in After Effects, Flash, and Illustrator – so it’s definitely a cool thing to check out.
In the snow tutorial of the episode, I mention Pixelfumes- an AWESOME website to check out for really cool Flash based stuff. They were the brains behind the Snow class.. so I wanted to make sure you guys got a chance to check them out. Much props to them!
Congratulations to Mike Anatra for winning this week’s contest- Episode 37. The correct answer was Command-Option-Tilde (or squiggly, or the wavy key that looks like this: ~ ). Make sure that you stick around the show for the next contest, as we’re giving away a full conference pass to Photoshop World!
New Tutorial from Terry White
While we are at it, make sure that you check out a new tutorial from Terry White – Adobe expert extraordinaire. This week Terry goes over the power of Open Type. A must see!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Just curious, how can you announce the winner of this week’s contest by noon May 29, 2008 when the blog entry giving the contest question states that the deadline is 5:00 PM May 29, 2008 (Thursday).
Do you have great foresight, access to time travel, or an inability to tell time?
Beats me.

No foresight, or time travel, though both would help in the lottery – and while I am horrible at figuring out the big hand from the little hand, I would point out that the winner in this blog post is for the Layers TV contest, and not the blog contest that just ended a couple of hours ago.
Thanks for pointing it out though!
