Ex-Apple execs form \’blank check\’ company

(EE Times) SAN JOSE, Calif. — After keeping a low profile for months, a startup run by a trio of former executives from Apple Computer Inc. has come out of hiding and announced the formation of their company. The startup, Acquicor Technology Inc., on Tuesday (March 14) also raised $150 million in an initial public offering (IPO) on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). Read more
