Exporting Photos from Lightroom 2

I love your tutorials and appreciate your sharing…but my gosh the intro song is always so LOUD. Can you adjust the volume to be at the same level as the speaker? That would be so nice.

this is a great demo! now, what if you have a number of pictures in a folder, say 100, but you only want the edited ones, 32 to be exported: how can you automate and select only those edited (flag?) and export them?
