Wow a great tut, really enjoyed it.I've got a bit of a props, Hw do i control sound when combining multiple swf's. I tried putting the sounds in the individual swf's but the sounds just keep clashing with each other.

Having trouble with doing what's in the second file - the mp3 doesn't appear to be in the timeline or library, so how's it coming in? Doesn't work for me, I get Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error.

This code works perfectly, except the music I have stops before the movie does. I need the music to loop indefinitely, could you please provide the as3 code to add to the code in your 04_Audio_Mute.fla file.

Thanks

Check your DW site and see if you have a scripts folder. If there is no Run_AC_Content or something like that, Flash isn't being seen.

If you do, you might want to check your Flash publish settings to ensure there are no path issues.

Thanks for the CS4 goodness - after completing the tutorial, previewing the file from Flash works fine, and opening the swf in flash player works fine. Yet, when I place the swf on my page in Dreamweaver it doesn't play. the mp3 file is in the same folder as the swf (and the fla file), the buttons seem to be active, but nothing plays? Whaddai do wrong?

Hey Tom,
in this video, for the part where you show the start and stop buttons, the start button coding works. However for stop,
when I use the code :- channel.stop(); it never stops the music. Am i missing something? Your help would be really appreciated.
