		<description>how to you get a flv in your files to upload to website.    I understand everything of how to do it however, I get a problem with the FLV file I dont have so it does not play in my website.  

Process:  I go to flash cs3 -actionscript-3.0 and fix my size of video, then go to components and get player, then go to component inspector and grad my FLA video that I downloaded from youtude and upload there. and do all the publish and get files ,,, this is where I am missing the FLV file from you example above.   HOW DO I GET THIS FILE FORMAT WHICH IS NEEDED TO RUN VIDEO IN WEBSITE.

		<description>I fixed my issue.  It was server related and seemed I had to add to set MIME type on my server.  MIME type:  video/x-flv   Extension FLV.  Hope that helps whoever is having problems like I was.</description>

I have my files in the same folder, files linked correctly, and all I get is either a white box or a green/white loader.
