Import multiple page .pdf and have flow

Does anyone know if there is a way to import a multiple page .pdf and have the pages flow in Indesign. Have several staff submitting material for 300 page conference book - using several different MS programs, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Need to put material in chapters, give headers and page numbers.

I am using CS unfortunately, it looks like CS2 comes with a plug-in but is there any help available to those of us that have not upgraded (although we are in the long state process of updating - looks well worth it).

CS2 can import multiple pages PDF. As for CS, I think that it can be done via a script. Get a look at the Adobe studio exchange.

I just took a look at Adobe Studio exchange in the ID scripts and I found this that can solve your problem, it's calles "PDF multipage import". Here's the link.
