Bevel settings

For Christmas I was given a fabulous book called [I]Designing with Digital[I] It is fabulous but unfortunately for me it uses Photoshop whilst my graphics programme is something else. I'm finding that my software does most of what Photoshop does but calls it something else. However Photoshop seems to have a much bigger range of bevels. I'm hoping someone is willing to give me the bevel readings to see if I can duplicate them in my programme. I would love the settings for the following bevels

simple outer
simple inner
simple emboss
simple pillow
simple sharp

and if at all possible the shadow distance for the following drop shadows

high
low
noisy
hard edge
soft edge
outline
fill/outline

If anyone has the time and willingness to help I would really appreciate it.
