Looking for upgrade training suggestions...

I'm upgrading my system so that I can run Studio 8 (finally!) and wondering if anyone can recommend a hands-on intense training course? I need to refresh my skills and learn how to use all the new bells and whistles. I've tried a few online web seminars but they just lack the "meat" I'm looking for.

I still like lynda.com. It's only around $125 for a whole year and you get access to all their learning material, not just one subject.

Yikes. I was wrong about the price, it's $250 a year or $25 a month. But you can browse the list of material and the first 3 to 5 lessons of any subject can be accessed for free.
