Page numbering in Acrobat

I am typesetting a book that is in Word and I want to put page numbers, chapter title and book name in the headers on some sections and page numbers in the footers of other sections. I started to do this in Word, but because the book needs to be in .pdf to go to print, I thought I would do the headers/footers in Acrobat 7.0 pro. I've never done it, so does someone know of a good tutorial that can guide me?

Your PDF will include the headers and footers from word (if you want). If you want links to work as you expect do all your stuff in word. consider the PDF to be like your printed pages (with extra bells and whistles)
