Hi,
Has anyone out there ever had to write a script for photoshop that can open files and save them as a different file type?
I've got litterally thousands of .tifs that need to be opened and saved out as .jpgs.
The files are held in over one hundred folders on 3 different hard-drives!
I've been using actions, batch processing and droplets but they're all action based and this isn't working very well for me.
Ideally the script would automate this process in much the same way as an action but save the files in their original folder instead of a folder I have to specify when creating the action.
any feedback, ideas or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jamie
