Coder vs Designer

My dreamweaver has its panel on the right hand side. I want them to be on the left hand side. I think it has something to do with whether I had selected "Coder" or "Designer" upon first install. Where is the menu that adjusts this setting so that I can have the panels on the left. I am on Dreamweaver 8.
