View Full Version : Acrobat and E-mail File Saving

I think with never Acrobat versions that it is possible to make a save of E-mail messages. It would be nice to reduce the files in (Microsoft Outlook) by moving to a readable file.

Anyone know how to do this. (Windows, IE7, Outlook platform).

If you have Acrobat Professional Installed.

Right Click on your Outlook Toolbar in a blank area.

Select PDF Maker. Now you have the tools to make PDF's of your emails.

I'll try your Right click method. I did find it from the Edit or tools menu.

It does a great job in saving those messages for historical or E-mail address purposes that you want to keep but are hogging the system. When clicking on the address headers it shows you the E-mail address - Cool.
