Ok i recently purchased a .com site from godaddy and im using dreamweaver to create the site how would i go about achieveing that?

I'm a bit surprised: ;)
saw that you linked to your very techy blog, so please do what you would do with every other program or hardware component - read first the manual!
Dreamweaver offers you a wast sortiment of tutorials (online you can see even video tuts or podcasts) about creating a website.
For special questions you could come back then here and ask!
If ever possible me - and sure some others will give you some fingertips!
