Lookout for text on curves when exporing to PDF

Just a quick warning, that you may find that text on path may dissappear when you export to PDF from InDesign CS3, the workaround is to convert the text to outlines, I will report this to Adobe, so they can deal with it.

Note dotted and dashed strokes have also had problems in older rips. The stroke loosing flatness (a dotted circle/elipse becoming a dotted octagon) or a stroked circle (used to create a sun was distorted):eek:

In ten years I have never come across this problem at all. The outlines is a good option, be sure to put the text on another layer and hide it, so if you need to make an edit to this text you can without having to replicate the curves/circles/elipses.
