I am having trouble finding Reflex Blue in InDesign. I am working on a PC, is it different on a PC then a MAC? Is there another name for it?

HELP!

You can find Reflex Blue as a color selection in the pantone solid uncoated or coated in the Swatch options dialogue box. to get there, you have your swatches pallet open, and click on the options triangle in the upper left corner. Select swatch options and another dialogue box opens. once that dialogue box is opened, click on color mode and choose either Pantone solid uncoated or coated and you will see it as you scroll through the swatches. On the uncoated solid you will find that the first 14 swatches shown are the basic colors that make up the 1100 other colors. Reflex is amongst them.

melissa4385, you might want to select "New Color Swatch..." from the menu instead of "Swatch Options..."

Swatch Options works by changing an existing swatch.

The first choice on the menu, New Color Swatch, works exactly the same as grnofslt describes, but adds a new swatch rather than writing over a previous one -- which could change colors in your artwork.

Thanks Repro, I didn't realize that the new swatch option would lead one to the pantone colors I didn't dig deep enough. but i do like that you can add the swatches to your current swatches pallet that way. I was just trying to help her to find the color and what I wrote above is what I came up with in my looking. Thanks again
