Peace.

I have created an eight page document in InDesign CS2 on a Mac OSX system. I then exported out 7 of those eight pages as a pdf file. I then took the eigth page and exported it out separately so I could then email it someone else so I could use there Acrobat 8 since I have Acrobat 7. Once in Acrobat 8 I had to create the document in Adobe Live Designer so I could in turn make this page into a form that could be fillable and email-able as a pdf.

Now here is the dilemma. Is there a way to then take this editable form and attach it back the original 7 page pdf I already have so I can have the original 8 pages of a pdf 7 being static and the last being an editable pdf form?

Does anyone know if that is possible, and if so how would I attempt to do that?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

It comes down to whether or not you want the form to be savable after it's been filled in.

If you don't need to have the form savable (perhaps they print it off once filled in?), then you can simply open the 7 page file, and insert the 8th page at the end. It's under Document -> Insert Pages (ctrl-shift-i).

If you do want the form to be savable after it's filled out, you'll need Acrobat 8. Do the same, insert the 8th page after the last page of the 7 page document. Then go to Advanced -> Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader.
