hi all-
I am having problems when packaging a file to send off to a printer. I set the bleeds up when I am creating the file, then when I go to package and the printer is postscript, the orientation reverts back to portrait and the bleed reads "0, 0 0, 0" in the final summary. When I click on "use document bleed settings", it shows 0 also. Why does it do this? I have even tried to create print presets, but it still doesn't work.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Some of the first things you will be asked will be operating system, version of InDesign, etc. If you are using a Mac, what OS, 9.x.x or OSX and then what version of OS X. Knowing these little things will allow us to navigate you through the menus as we go through the troubleshooting routines we try first when we have a problem.

Are you actually creating the postscript file, or just packaging the file, fonts and links to send to your output provider? If it is the latter, then it doesn't matter as long as you have actually created the bleeds by extending images past the document trim. Your output provider most likely has a Print Preset set up how they like it.

Of course I'm on a MAC! I use all the latest, except my creative suite is still CS. I don't have any problems with the printers, but I wasn't sure if there was anything on my end I could do.

Thanks for the help.
