Outlines

I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them. I was working in Illustrator CS3. I must have hit an unknown toggle. The artwork I was working on all of a sudden converted to outlines. When, I looked in layers, everything looked normal. I can't seem to change it back from outlines. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Only your view changed, not your art. Try hitting Command-Y (mac). You can find this mystery key command in the view menu.

Thank you. I have another question if your interested. I have art that I want to show through the text only. Is this done in paths? Mask?
