Here's a fun one. I shot this of the Spring Solstice Full Moon around 1:50 am a day or so after the solstice. This is a hand held shot while sitting on the ground, shot at ISO 100, f2.8, 3.0 sec. It's amazing I didn't shake. I shot several but this was the most in focus. Zen I guess. But then in the bridge camera raw I added +.75 to the exposure setting and fixed the white balance, then in Photoshop I gave a bit of the Channel Mixer to blue up the sky.

That would be the Spring, or Vernal, Equinox. The solstices occur in Summer and Winter.;) Lovely image, however.

Great shot. Almost eery. So what do you plan to do with it? Just place it in stock or make a painting out of it?

You could make a 15th century style painting minus the metallic parts in the picture. Photoshop + Painter X >>>

Nice picture. Now mow your yard. :DMitz, Mitz, Mitz. We (in L.A) just experienced the driest year in 100 years, and are still in the midst of those dry conditions, we got a little rain this late winter and early spring and I took full advantage of allowing my parched yard to stretch it's green legs. Watering lawns wastes water, and mowing lawns wastes gas ;)
