Illustrator vs. Indesign help!

I am trying to take a logo from Illustrator to indesign. I have saved it every way that I know possible. However, the logo comes in all pixelated which puzzles me since this is a vector image. Does anyone know of a better way to copy my illustrator file into indesign? :p

At the bottom of the Object menu is Display Performance. Change it to High Quality. If this slows down InD, change it back to Normal.

Or just toggle on Overprint Preview.
