I need to setup a brochure to print borderless. I am sure someone out there knows how.
Thanks

Borderless printing is a function of the printer. There's nothing special you need to do with Illustrator. Simply set up your document the size you want.
As Scott said if you print in house. But a brochure has, by definition, more than one page. So why do you do that in Illustrator ? InDesign is the tool for that and for your question, if you go to press, create a bleed (not more than .25 in.) in your document setup dialog : that's the place that will be cut out leaving "bordeless" images.

Thank you for your help. You helped me to answer something I already had a feeling about. I realise that it might be easier in Indesign. However, someone had already done it in illustrator. Because this was such a rush, and I am not very familar with the Indesign, I was trying to leave it alone.

Beware of your printers boarderless print options. Many printers enlarge the page artwork whne going boarderless , so if you have a .375 margin, it may change to a .0625 margin. Meaning anything that should be 3/8 from the edge will print 1/16 from the edge of the page. sometimes it gets difficult to explain to clients, "oh don't worry about that, this is just a proof, when it prints for real it will be 3/8 from edge." Some expensive printers will have an option to "not enlarge page area" or something similar, but it is usually not the default.
