What is the purpose of your image, web, print, poster? I find that the colour bleeding in as is common in JPEG to be the bigger problem. The violet/magenta tones make the tree in the water almost transparent. Also I find the purple shimmer around the branches to be the biggest quality problem… but that too is most probably due to JPEG compression.

I can see the seam. It is a Horizontal seam that occurs just above the tree line line. You can see it in the sky in the far right of the image. Then you have some masking issues with the first tree on the right that crosses the seam, the area that lukus mistakingly refers to as jpg interference. Then you also have some masking issues on the very left most tree where the clouds appear to suddenly leap in front of the branches, rather than stay behind. But it is for the most part fairly smooth, masking all those branches can difficult.
CS3 Auto merge function works really well these days, maybe you try it. Although with all those trees it may leave some areas you'll need to patch with the clone tool. But it leaves obvious clues for any areas you need to touch up. But in this case it could save hours of work.
One other thing is the lighting between the upper and lower images give an incongruous lighting. The sky is a nice bright blue, (very nice sky color, most people get that wrong), but the lower image seems to be dingier then the upper sky would warrant.
