Standard distances between objects

I am new to page layout.

I am doing a project with lots of illustrations of different sizes. Each has a legend. The pages are already set with graphics frames followed by text frames for the legend.

Is there a way in InDesign to set a specific distance between object frames (or between objects)? I would like to standardize the distance from the bottom of the graphic frame to the top of the text frame.

Hi Vmishka,

- Select the two objects;
- open the Align palette (Window/Align);
- on the upper ritht corner there's an arrow, click and select "Show options";
- in the bottom of the align palette you have now the option "Distribute spacing" (vertical or horizontal) to set the distance you want between the two objects.
