That is a not a hard match, but it looks like your copy may have been reproduced several times so What The Font may not be picking the correct match.

Optima is the correct family. Bold overlays purfectly. Demi is a little airy, but thanks for all the help.
This is a jpg export after I laid on the text and digitized the art.

It looks like Optima, or Optimum. These two are the same font given different because they are on different platforms. It is usually a software font with Microsoft products, but also available as a font from most font houses.

My guess is that font has seen some manipulation in a photostat camera, and so it was probably originally phototypeset. The rounding from the camera looks pretty severe, it took a good beating and really should have been sharpened up with a pen somewhere along the line.
