Hi all,
Just out of curiosity, is there any place I can go to find reviews about the various plug-ins available for Illustrator? I'm looking at CValley's (http://www.cvalley.com) Filter-It and Xtreme Path plug-ins. Are there others I should look at?
Also, are there any "must have" plug-ins you can recommend for Illustrator?
Your help is appreciated!

CValley's Xtreme Path is one the essentials. I use it every day. Really cool.
The other one is the Phantasm CS color plug-in. This is the most powerful plug-in I've ever used. Everyone who uses Illustrator should have a look at it!
These two plug-in's are very very useful.
Ciao!

I LOVE Xtreme Path. As has been posted, it's almost mandatory.
I tried Filterit and found it useless with AI10 or above since the Envelope Distort was built into Illustrator at v10.
PhantasmCS ( www.phantasmcs.com ) is good too if you do a lot of color adjustments.
A couple others I really like are Point Control and Sep Preview ( www.worker72a.com ) and HotDoor Perspective ( www.hotdoor.com ).

Hi Jarrod,
I created a very comprehensive list of Illustrator plugins (and scripts) here:
www.phantasmcs.com/links/plugins.html (http://www.phantasmcs.com/links/plugins.html)
There are some excellent plugins out there. The trouble is many are hidden away on the 'net and I only discovered many when researching for Phantasm CS.
Thanks to Scott and LSR84 for mentioning Phantasm CS. I've just done an update to the website which now contains reviews/feedback as well as real-world case studies:
www.phantasmcs.com (http://www.phantasmcs.com/)
Hope you find this of use,
Nick

Great resource, Nick. Thanks for the link. Phantasm looks like it would be an interesting plug-in, especially for those tricky color conversion jobs.
