When I go to print large images and select the tile option, it works. However when I go to join the tiled image together there are portions missing and it does not line up. What am I missing? Does it have something to do w/ the overlap? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

What version of Illustrator. In CS2 there are two options for Tiled, I think. Tile Imageabel areas and Tile Full Pages. You want Imageable Areas. Results depend on the printer you are printing to. Moast will have a margin that can't be printed on, so you will get a print with a "White Border". You will need to trim that off to mach up the image. How you trim it will depend on how you are putting the pages together...

Hello:
If you are printing with a commercial printer you might try talking to their prepress. We do a lot of this thru imposition software a lot of times.
They might be of help to you.

I know this isn't a PS forum, but this topic got me thinking about printing "tiled" in PS. I searched but can't find anything on the topic. Does anyone know if this can be done in PS?
