I can not for the life of me remember where I saw an article about making the same vector tatoo/swirl art seen in all the current tv commercials. It was a great tutorial and as I read it said to myself, "Wow. This is a great technique. I'm going to have to remember this one." Well, wouldn't you know it? Two days later I was tasked with a job to come up with the very same look for some cut and sew articles. I can't find my issue #4 because that's where I'm pretty positive I saw the tutorial. Am I crazy? If not, great because I have issue #4 coming, but if so, would any of you out there possibly have read the same article and can point me in the right direction?
