I want to make a triangle exactly this shape; 72 degree by 72 degree by 72 degree. What should be the best way to proceed?

You cannot construct a triangle with those angles (72°x72°x72°). Your title states you want one 36°x72°x72°, that is easily done. Draw a line segment, option/alt click on one endpoint with the rotate tool, enter 36° and click on the copy button. Join the points at the corner and then join the other two endpoints.
