I signed up for 2 yrs of this? Good thing my wife doesn't know. How about a tutorial on using Spot color or calibrating between AI and your output device? A tut about the Pathfinder Palette? More stuff please. Please?

I would second that. Not been a member that long but content seems a bit flimsy. I applaud that the tutorials attack the basics--things that seasoned users may not have known or remembered. Maybe go after some pockets of AI that people maybe don't know about or functions that maybe aren't used but should be?

That's exactly why we have these forums, so that we can get suggestions about the tutorials you'd like to see. Some of the requests have turned into article in print, some have appeared in the subscriber area.
So far, we're sticking with our promise of at least one new tutorial a week.

Hey when the Chief of AIT responds to your forum posts, thats definitely worth the price of admission. Sorry if I sounded less than encouraging Dave. Much needed and appreciated product here. Hope I can contribute.

Yay! I'm so excited that I can finally post here in the forums!
In regards to the topic...I think they aren't doing too badly for being fairly new. It takes time, money and a whole lot of talented people to grow a publication and I think this one will be a real asset to illustrators as the content (both online & in print) grows. I have several tutorials of my own on the go that I'm interested in submitting. I'll have to go find out where and how to do that.

You are Spot on when you say it takes time, money and a bunch of talented people... Patience is another word that comes to mind. I have been here since issue #1 and it has grown leaps and bounds.. There is a forum I think in the Water cooler that talks about how to submit and suggest articles... I am sure Dave Cross could direct you on the, " How To submit..." Good Luck
