Alright, If anyone can help I'd really appriciate it.

I've got a pathed silouette of a bulldog, and want to fill it with the Flag of the United Kingdom, which I have in scaleable SVG format.

I've tried defining the flag as a pattern, but It doesn't fill the way I would like it to. The fill image is bigger than the pathed silouette.

Thanks!!!

Hi rahlberg17,

I think this is what you're looking for.

1. Select your Bulldog path.

2. Copy it (Edit > Copy).

3. Select the the UK flag.

4. Paste In Front (Edit > Paste In Front)

5. Move the Bulldog over the top of the Flag with your Selection tool.

6. Select both the Bulldog and the Flag.

7. Go to Object menu > Clipping Mask > Make.

This should clip the Flag to the Shape of your Buldog.
(Oops! Delete the extra bulldog.)

Hope this helps!
