Broken up linked Naitive PSD file

Hello There,
I believe that i'm not the only one to encounter this problem, When i Place (link) a Native PSD(Photoshop file) in illustrator, the image seem to be broken in to pieces just on the screen.
If there is anyone who has the solution for this problem, pls share it with us.

Is it possible to get a screen shot?

Have never seen the problem, but possibly if you have multiple layers in the Photoshop file with verious blending modes. Did some searching on the Adobe forum and another possibility is the use of spot colors?

Only place I've seen that happen was with a DCS 2.0 file. When linking a DCS 2.0 file you will never get a full composite. Other than that I've never seen it happen before.

What is your end result?
