The ones in the screenshot that say Wii Menu on the left, and Start on the right with the Wii cursor hand over it. The highlight is what I can't seem to figure out. The shape of it is bugging me out! Thanks!!!!

Not sure what you are not happy with.

For one, change the Font. Myriad, Arial or Helvetica won't cut it. I searched through Adobe and Linotype's librarys and found a bunch that are close, but the e always throws it off.

I would lighten the highlight more, your's is too subtle. The last thing I would do is to make the outside stroke wider, or if possible, add a blend or glow effect, just a slight one.

Is this Illustrator or Photoshop?

If it's Photoshop, I'd add an inner glow to the white area set the to stroke color and set to "Overlay"

It looks like you're almost there....
I would bring my font to the front, brighten up the highlight, then outline the font and edit the letters from there.... the "M" and "e" will need the most work.

OR use Live Trace on the image from the Nintendo site.... it might work, you never know!
BTW... I love my Wii
