Map Resources Adobe Illustrator (http://www.mapresources.com/mapindex.asp?gclid=CMiW9KWkzIwCFQW6Xgodrgu1qg) maps are all layered, fully editable, vector format.

Why should those maps be free? It cost money and quite a bit of labor to make them.

Likewise, I don't do the graphics job I have for free either. I have to make a living, pay bills and all that other stuff.
