Xante Platemaker issues.

Anyone have experience with the Xante Platemaker PM5?

My shop got one recently and we're getting very inconsistent results.

I'm looking to see what people think of them and if anyone has used one with good results.

I purchased the PM5 about 2 months ago and am having one main problem and that is banding that is 2 inches apart running in a zig zag type pattern through out halftones. I am curious to find out if you are experiencing the same???
