Embedded mp3 player

I'm looking for a quick and easy code for embedding a media player into a site page so I can have a looped mp3/wma play in the background. I'm open to flash or whatever. Just looking for simple, easy and free. Anyone know a good solution?:confused:

I would like to incorporate a player into my bands website so users can preview clips of our songs. I would like to use Flash and/or CSS to customize the player. I am currently using Dreamweaver 8.
