I tried to print a 30" long document on my HP Designjet PS 500, but it prints only 28". I configured the Illustrator CS paper setup to 32". The Windows XP Printer shows that the pager is 32" as well. The preview window on Illustrator's Paper setup shows the entire document will be printed. I increased the paper size on Illustrator and Windows XP printer to 33", it still prints only 28". Does anyone have any ideas why it does not print the entire document? Thanks in advance.
