first attempt at portrait

Ok...this is my first attempt at doing a portrait in illustrator. I havent gotten to the hair highlights yet, but just wanted some feedback on the face so far....do i need to add more...maybe take something out?? Also...can you guess who it is? (if you can, I imagine it cant be THAT bad)

It's looking like Alyssa Milano to me. As far as the portrait is concerned it's all about the way YOU see it. It doesn't matter if someone else thinks it is good or not. If you're working from a photograph then make it your own and not just a photocopy. What you've got so far is really good.
