hi, Im doing a brouchure for one of my friends. I dont have in design so im doing it in illustraor. The brochure is going to be maybe about 8 pages.8.5 x 11. Im doing each page by its self. How would i combine the pages to look side by side for printing? thats my first question. o.k now here is my dillemma. Basically we are copying the pictures from another brouchure. There text is just different. The people of the brochure gave her all the eps files and pdf files. they are tax forms. so on some pages I need to put 6 tax forms, envelopes, etc and on another one i have to overlap like 12 tax sheet forms. Problem is that it is too much info on each sheet and they still want the sheet to be legible. My system started crashing after the 3rd tax form paper scaled down. This attached thumbnail is the one that keeps crashing my illustrator. and you can not even read the forms and they look crooked. I thought I would be smart about it and rasterize it in illustrator text option and now when I print a test page I can not read any of the type. Why is my system crashing and what can I do about it. It also turns in outlines and I just see everything black. hopefully you can see an example of what im doing and it will explain to you. Ruia, maybe you can see this and it will explain a little bit, thank you

You can set the Art board to be the total size of all pages combined, and let page tiling to do it's thing Provided you have a printer attached. You can also just make your art board bigger and set up some guides to act as page seperations.

This has been driving me crazy thank you for getting back to me. It keeps crashing and people are telling me they are from fonts and from the swatches that I have. when i want to save it just shuts off and tells me not suffiecent memory and i loose all my work. I have windows vista. Now this might sound stupid but I have good fonts and I have those free fonts. How would I know the difference if I have like 6oo hundred fonts. IS that too much fonts to have on my computer, does it really take that much room. I want to get a good font program but fontlinotype loader is good but doesnt support windows vista. I hated extensis. Any ideas, thanx
