Question for Adding Links

I'm very new to the design area but wanted to know if there is a way that I can add active links to my newsletter, created in photoshop and saved as a jpeg. What I do is design a email newsletter for new arrivals (I run a clothing store) and save as an HTML and send out via email program. I create some basic HTML and put the link of my saved newsletter, which is located on our server. Is there a better way to do this?

Can you be a bit more clear about the process? For example, are you sending the html embedded in the body of the email or are you just providing a link in the email that will take the viewer to your server which contains the html?

I'm embedding them in the Email. I can send you an example if that helps.
