Nice shots. I don';t have a beach near me so I can appreciate them a lot. All I have near me is swamps and farmland and I'm beginning to develop my eye to see the beauty there. I'll post a couple shots in the near future. what camera system do you use? I was given an Olympus E-500 w/ 2 lens kit for Christmas and I find that I love it. Especially now that I will never see a Minolta Maxxum 9D for all of my Minolta glass now that they are leaving the camera/imaging business.

That's great. We had some huge surf in early winter, the biggest we've had in while, but it coincided with really nice weather, I wish I had gotten some shots. Even with my puny olympus 2020!

I like the steely blue color of the water, it makes it look extra cold.
