Hello world - Tammy and Jason from ejOculation.com – wanting to extend this HELP US ad based upon the idea of an American Dream and our patriotic selves…
What freedom means to us (an advertisement):
Freedom to us, is the ability to find someone on the internet wishing for great exposure of their comic artistry by providing to ejOculation.com comic drawings based upon our original ideas. Of course, that by itself would not be freedom, therefore, the artist must be willing to do this for free. Are we asking for too much? Not in our opinion. We need artists, one or multiple (Tammy prefers multiples but Jason has only ever had one at a time). Our comic, Sprinkling Sunshine, is in the early stages. We managed to find an artist who, when asked for additional materials, seems to always respond with “I’m working on that.” More months later than we care to admit, our fresh new idea is stagnant and creating a birthing area for mosquitoes. That’s where your devotion to the American Dream comes into play. You don’t get money (yet), you don’t get fame (not immediately anyway) and you don’t get sexual favors (unless you’re super hot and just want to)… but here is what you get:
1) Exposure – and not the vulgar kind for which people go to jail, but the good kind that might lead to discovery by someone who can make you rich – because we aren’t rich we can’t make other’s rich. We will link to your site, give your story, whatever you ask of us… we’ll even make fun of you, whatever you need for exposure.
2) Experience – and that’s super important in building a portfolio – although we have no idea if that’s true, we thought it sounded good.
3) Fewer mosquitoes – That’s right… de-stagnating our comic will end the mosquito nursery we’ve developed.
4) Laughs – well, hopefully you will… the goal of a comic is to make people laugh after all…
5) Free access to ejOculation.com – of course, ejOculation.com is free anyway, but that could be considered a perk.
6) Freedom - Freedom to draw a cartoon for free – of course you’re only free to the extent that we tell you what the comic is and what we want to see in it and you draw it, but we’ll leave room for artistic liberties… that’s what America is about isn’t it… liberties?
