Version Cue

1st of all, HI to everyone, newbie here!

Now then, when I installed CS2 last year, i must have changed the system/system uid & password for Version Cue - because it don't work no more!

Can the originals be reset? Can I find what I've set it to? I've tried a 'Repair' from the install disc - no joy. Is an uninstall/re-install the only option, or wont that work either?

So many questions, so little time....

bottomline: my WindowsXP users on the intranet when opening a Version Cue project from the Pdf Review web pages, do not have the comments tools available to them within their browser, even though they have the latest reader installed.

I have discovered that we can only have one review per project file and not multiple reviews for multiple versions of a single file(illustrator,photoshop, etc.). So I understand when Comment tools don't show even for a particular file that doesn't have an acive review session within a project.

Answer needed: How can I get my windows users to use comment tools within thier browser?
