If i place two or three multichannel files from photoshop in illustrator. It's possible to export again to a single multichannel file?

I'm wondering what it is that you are trying to accomplish. More info. would be helpful in getting a solution to you.

No. If I'm assuming correctly.

So.. I'm assuming you're using multi-channel Photoshop files for spot colors or custom duo/tritones. Illustrator will support the input of multi-channel Photoshop files, but it's not a round trip processes. You can place multi-channel files into Illustrator but they must also be output from Illustrator to maintain accuracy.
