Hello,

I want to design a Tshirt for a journey.

The idea:
The journey goes to slovenia and I took the map of slovenia and made a path out of the borders. I hope you can follow my ideas^^. Now I have a path with the shape of slovenia. The next thing is a text fixed to this path. But especially at the curves, the letters are not readable.

Maybe this picture helps you to understand the situation:

I tryed every option for the text, but only rainbow was acceptable.

Maybe the option gravity could be a solution too, but for this I have to know, how to set the different grafity paths....

I hope you can help me :)

greets
FG

Welcome, FG. I think you have given yourself a nice challenge. Type on a path is a lot of fun! …and you have chosen a challenging path.

I am assuming you have a long text to go all around, or will repeat, or something.

Text around curves requires tracking and kerning, and sometimes that doesn't work. You can insert ellipses [option - semicolon] or other symbols to move your type around a tight curve.

I think Rainbow is what you will probably end up with, though if you can figure out how to apply Gravity to this path I'd love to see it anc hear how you did it. I'm thinking that if you cut the path… .

Best luck in this project! I'll be interested to see in how it progresses. When is your trip? Sounds like a great adventure to me. Since you are typing on a path around Slovenia, I almost assume you are hiking on a path around Slovenia.
