I am a begining/intermediate photoshop user. I just purchased a digital point and shoot camera for quick shots with friends. Alot of the shots are at night and I have been getting the usual glare from the flash and the oil in the face of the subjects. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best way to get rid of or diminish this without ruining the integrity of the shop itself.

Thanks

Cloning tool - Healing Brush - Spot Healing Brush
I would take a look at these and see if one of them can help you out…

Digital photos are very unforgiving at their hot spots and tend to blow-out beyond repair, especially on people. Film is more forgiving in the hot spots cast on shots of people.

That may not help you solve the problem but you can get an idea of what you're up against.
